STEP 2

Orientation Call

We’ll schedule a quick 10-minute call to learn more about your lifestyle, preferences, and budget. From there, we’ll tailor your search to vehicles that truly fit you.

STEP 3

Review Your Options

Within 24 hours of your call, we’ll set up your personalized search. You’ll receive a list of available vehicles by email or text (your choice), complete with all-in, upfront pricing—no hidden fees.

  • Act quickly—inventory changes daily.
  • Ask as many questions as you need—we’re here to help.
  • Depending on your criteria, it may take a day or a few weeks to find the perfect match.

STEP 4

Commit to Purchase

Once you’ve found the right car, let us know via email or text. We’ll secure the vehicle and prepare a purchase agreement. At this time, a $250 non-refundable search fee is required—but if we can’t secure the car at your locked-in price, we’ll credit it toward another vehicle.

From there:

  • Complete paperwork online or by overnight mail
  • Mail or wire funds to Big Wave Auto (we’ll work with your bank or credit union if needed)
  • Have a trade-in? We’ll help with that too

STEP 5

Delivery Day

After paperwork and payment are complete, we’ll arrange delivery of your vehicle anywhere in the U.S. Or, if you’re local, you can pick it up at our Sussex, WI office. We’ll handle all the registration details and provide temporary plates so you’re ready to drive right away.
